The Importance of Church Administration in the Church

I'm grateful for all the church administrators out there who are playing a part to try and help and change this culture. I remember you know when I first came into post 20 years ago there were no contracts or handbooks, there were no clear guidelines of how we're going to support you in your work. A lot of our workers come from a voluntary basis isn't it, it hasn't had employment so we've had pastors employing people that really don't have the expertise and the knowledge to do it.
