Translating a Language to a Different Framework

In the European from one European language to another you know with the exception of maybe Hungarian finish what you get are the pretty much the exact same framework. When you go to another language like Japanese or Chinese or Arabic when you're faced with is a completely different framework and so what I found is that if you're learning just so vocabulary vocabulary doesn't translate  what you have to learn how to do is restructure everything that you want to communicate into acompletely different framework. You have to understand that framework as like a native speaker does in that language and then say it presented how they would in that language.
