Endeavour has a growth balance high conviction portfolio and the high convictions are smaller one it's got about 50 mil under management. The main three portfolios that have been around for ten years now they're long only they're benchmarked against the market so people act how they're incentivized and we're incentivized to beat the market every day. We like to invest in founderlet businesses where they are aligned to the same outcomes that we are.
