How Do I See a Situation?
The first thing you want to do is I think of it as walk over the bridge. Let's say person A got the job, and I want person B to stay. What would you do in that situation when you think about this from a vantage point perspective? So first you want to see the world as they do, then get a sense of what option pathway is better.
