The Importance of Teamwork

The idea that team success overrides individual success is a central conviction of many world religious traditions. The Jewish rabbi says, basically says the same thing as the golden rule, but he says, do not do unto your neighbor what is harm or what you would not want to done to you. It's taking self-interest and trying to reapply that to the team itself and those around you in the idea that that's going to eventually filter back.
