Petrol Nerve Blocks - Are They a Good Alternative to Parabertal?
Pec2 is the lateral-cutaneous branches of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. I was taught these as an alternative to performing parabertal blocks. So when Raffa told me about them just ahead of publishing about them, I started using these for patients having more minor surgery. And you know, my analgesic outcomes were definitely not as good asParabertal in my hand. But it's interesting because I always considered them as being one entity. If they're innovated by the petrol nose, I think they have a role.
