i say we're a victim of our own success, because we'd had it so good for so long that that notion that this might get out of control, now, i thingk it is really scared. It scared the government. It certainly scared the health service and i know people who work in the health service, both on the ground and in management,. Hadn't on te ability to cope with it. We've had some pretty treconian lock down, even to the extent where ino l g a are local government areas. For a while, i wasn't allowed to to leave the area. And we actually had to negotiate with the government to get some m changes on that
