Artist morizio catalan is being taken to court for plagiarism. A judge in the southern district of florida has ruled this week that there is sufficient reason to move forward with the case. No one has yet been able to prove whether or not catalon and his representatives had ever viewed this piece. We'll have to wait to see what happens next and whether ornot cataline will be ruled a plagiarist.
