Introduction

David Sparks: This is my first official act following my sabbatical. We'll talk about that later in the show by starting it, by stepping into the microphone for the good old focus podcast. So you'll either be really relaxed or really stressed out as we go through this episode. It's kind of like when people have a lot to drink, you kind of don't know which version you're going to get.
