This is the most famous mary su quiz on the internet, back from the early 20 tens. Back when everyone was worried that their characters were mary sues. And this is a really indepth one, kind of tongue and cheek, but you don't do anything this extreme without being really into it. I think mary sue is a meaningless distinction that is really useless to talk about. It annoys me that it's become so much a part of the discourse. Instead, you should be looking at what is your character's role in the story, and are they fulfilling it?
