Transparency Is the Key to a Quality of Execution
When you're trying to balance a business alligment with the quality of the an a lot of it comes down to transparency. And what i always preach, or what i've seen work really well is you can use data to increase the transparency. Oftentimes i see that kind of non technical person, they're able to understand, oh, the project isn't moving well, you're measuring it. You want to make a change. I have your support. A transparency goes a long way, i believe, with those two categories,. That is so very importantthey i've seen that through my career many times, where we prioritizin new product development versus address in this technical debt
