We deliberately target companies that are kind of between one and three really one and two and a half million dollars of cash flow or even whatever you want to find it. And what we tend to observe is that they tend to be extraordinarily good at their core competency. So the challenge then becomes how can you deploy some of that into these businesses to allow them to continue to grow over time without breaking the bank. In terms of wealth generation for the manager so for 10 markets of business we feel extremely strongly that we should be compensated almost entirely via some type of carry.
