You have to be honest with yourself, you're not going to win every deal. There are times when you just know what you have is not right for them or it's not a good fit. So I could tell in our meeting yesterday that the decision making criteria needed to change a little bit. We had an ace in the hole in something that could be really good. It was just the right questioning to kind of get that mindset shift and it happened quickly.
