China's foreign policy is not values based, which I think is in some ways one of its redeeming features. The strongest richest governments in the region don't seem particularly on board with the Palestinian cause. Israel has developed a lot of spyware and cyber technology that many states are very happy to turn against their own people and their foes overseas.
