Are You Going to Work Your Ass Off?
The biggest issue is the lack of mentorship, the lack of here review. And i just think that we're going to actually have a generation of people who felt empowered by the environment that they were in. If we do find these companies, and even the larger ones, and we've started to see some layoffs, if we see mass lay offs at some of the biggest companies, now we'll see the unemployment rate go up pretty quickly. That could have a really negative effect on a fragile economy.
