The Importance of Self Control in the Christian Life
Self control is one of the fruit of the spirit, galatians five, right? Ah, right there with love, joy, peace and all the other good stuff. If you don't have self control, no proverbs describes a someone who lackes self control as a city without walls. In the ancient world, you had walls to protect yourself from an invasion. Your life could come crashing down at any moment. And i think it's so important rigt because it influences so much of your life,. From the spiritual to just the kind of mundane things like eating healthily, exercising, being productive at work.
