The Evolution of Mormonism
In early Mormonism, Joseph Smith lays out the spiritual that God gives us one of them is the gift of tongues. It's classically very often understood to be when you feel only spirit, you can speak languages that you otherwise cannot. And I think that is a great example of the kind of institutional evolution that that the religion has undergo from something more based in charisma to something more institutionalizedbased on, for instance, missionizing.
