Is the Pandemic Treaty a Good Start?

I think the fact that the countries agreed to have a pandemic treaty and again illegally binding one at that, which is more significant because there was some opposition initially by some countries. I also like going through the treat, the draft, it says that it focuses a lot on one health. We want to look at animal diseases because we are afraid of what might jump to humans or what might affect our food. So it's a combination of factors and then we have to look at health more holistically. Hopefully we will reach that stage where people will agree that hey, look, everybody's health is our health.
