The State of American Public Opinion on Climate Change

In general, public opinion in the US about climate change is not dramatically different on average than it is in many other similar large developed countries. We tend to have a broadly similar share of people who are concerned about climate change and support climate policies. But one thing that we see from those studies is that we have a significant share of the US population who they term the dismissives. These are people who are kind of the climate change deniers or the climate change skeptics.
