Britain, sweden and scandinavia are very close. We have a tennation military sort of a grouping called the joint expeditionary force. Within that ten were two non native countries, finland and sweden. So this was actually not really originally to do with them ajoining,. But as president puton was getting more dangerous, britoin uld would reassure people like sweden and finland That it is inconceivable that we would not come to their aid should they be attacked.
