You Can't Be More Loving, Right?
We all have a finite supply of will power, and most of us use up our will power by about nine forty five in the morning. So we can't grit our teeth and be more loving. Same with joy. You can choose to have a great attitude. That's like the verb form of the noun joy. But re read the passage. Paul does not command you to be more loving or joyful or peaceful or patient. In verse 16, walk in the spirit. In verse 25, since we live with the spirit, let us keep in step. And he's stealing that from who? Jesus. We can constantly open ourselves up to the holy spirit and let him as we partner with
