The Fear of Unacknowledged Black Budget Projects
The premise behind this is I think a lot of these UFOs or UAPs are actually our own. These unacknowledged black budget projects run with no congressional oversight that they themselves may honestly not even have not be privy to the information about them. And then also there's a percentage of them with small percentage which I believe are actual UFOs, other other amazing advanced civilizations that are watching us and have been watching us for a very, very long time. They're trying to right now they're warming us up for the fact that alien life, in fact, does exist.
