Do You Use a Water Cut Before a Meat in a Bodybuilder?

I haven't really a lot of what I've used actually somewhat along those lines is though switching to lower residue food sources like the last day. A study and mass on on low-residue foods before a meat you saw like a big because they saw like a one to two percent drop in body weight theoretically. You do see that in practice too in bodyweight theoretically so yeah it's definitely worth looking into.
