Introduction

The Consumer Rights Directive is a new EU-wide law affecting your consumer rights when buying online. Heather Burns has recently released a book about this directive called, The Web Designers Guide to the Consumer Rights Directive. It's trying to explain to us web people and UX people what we need to do to comply with this directive.
