I have a different experience with fasting and that's kind of why I don't do it like I get my brain just start shutting down if I'm fat. It doesn't seem to work as well for me but I feel like I want to do it at some point. magnesium is one of the few that I take almost all the time along with a couple strains of probiotics oh go ahead. Wow so which supplements you take what are some of the main ones that you take?
