The project is expected to cost ten billion dollars, and the companies behind it are still looking for funding from external parties. One environmental campaigner told leslie that it's really the worst project that you could imagine. Some environmentalists are taking a new approach to fighting this oil project. They're trying to convince financial institutions that they shouldn't provide these oil companies with the funding and insurance that they need to pull off the project.
