What I Learned as a Young Woman Executive

There weren't a lot of role models in the industry for me to meant to be mentored by or even to mentor. So I entered at a time when women were just really getting into senior level positions in that in that business. But back then that was not the case, so really learning as a young woman executive. And really having to teach myself fortunately, I love to read.
