CNN's Jim Boulden reports on the weapons that russia is using in this assault on ukrane. Russian air force has been relying more on dumb bombs than precision guided munitions, he says. It could well be that theyare saving their more sophisticated weapons for either the fight in kiev or for a period when the ucranium military is massed up enough where those precision weapon can hit key targets. But with russians, this entire campaign has fooled a lot of us and what they're doing certainly has.
