The Government's Concerns About Stimulus in China

China's debt to GDP ratio is almost 300%. So that the government may concern that aggressive stimulus may lead to more accumulation of the debt. Would they consider, do you think, handing out cash to citizens? That's something that they have avoided in the past, but it has worked elsewhere, including right here in Hong Kong.
