From being about eight, that was it. Never any er desire to do anything else with my spare time. And just longed to leave school and go and do it for a living. But once i got going with the seeds and cuttings, it was just growing s really. I certainly wasn't in to design in those early days. It was a square or rectangular piece of lawn with a border round it. Before that, there'd been a bit of a cabbage patch on it. But i knew, i always was in to the beautiful side of it.I've always grown stuff to eat. But it's making something beautiful, which is the big a attraction for me of
