What Markets Are You in for Equity Crowdfunding?

Dorvest has raised about 23 million in equity to fund the operations and the R&D. And then we've raised about 75 million in debt to fund the real estate. All my rentals, I live in New Hampshire like we talked about, but they're all single family as well. The trailing average is our cap rate is 6.2 on the cap rate.
