Do You Feel Like You Can't Relax When Playing Video Games?

i like to play video games because it's the only time that i do feel like my brain actually is relax so it's a different experience playing the game, not trying to explain anything. It can be really absorbing. Ike am playing factorio or mind craft or anything, it's theonly time it feels like my brain can just shut off entirely. That's part of the reason why, when done with a video and i need to recharge, it's like, i'll just sit down and play a game for eight hours in a row, and i will do nothing else. And wow, how relaxing it is. So i use games to relax in that way.
