The US's Security Guarantees to Ukraine
NATO states, US but also UK and France indicated that they would use conventional response to a Russian use of nuclear force in Ukraine. So it looks like what will come out of illness will be a sort of transitional framework. The membership question will remain open door under the conditions to be determined. There's a lot of thinking about what to do in the interim different models, the Israeli model and so on.
