In the early days of Product Hunt, on deck was a community run by volunteers. Eric Torrenberg founded it 2016 when he was leaving Product Hunt asking himself what to do next. The accelerator market was stagnant at the time and hadn't seen a lot of innovation in a very long time. So we saw this opportunity.
