If you find yourself constantly stressed out, tense, under pressure, the RPMs are at like a seven or an eight. Like this is about how you regulate those things and bring that fight or flight response down to a manageable level. And I'm not saying you got to do any of them or all of them or anything but there is a lot of good reasons to explore it.
