Should I Take Money Out of IRAs in 401ks?

Sheriff: A lot of money in IRAs and 401Ks right now. People looking at their accounts, you know, one of the things they're seeing are treasury securities. One proposal was to convert all IRAs to essentially an annuity that had to invest in treasuries. He says there's a 90% chance or better that a proposal is coming.
