The Philosophy of Teaching in a Faculty Role

As a faculty member I find I think probably the biggest part of this me is self. There's always a any to rethink or figure out how I'm either engaging not engaging or critically responding to students needs once in passions. When I say humanizing I mean holistically seeing the students so as an employee of the institution or wherever they're working their identities and social context um their mind when they're in the classroom The heart and the passion that they show to our students almost humanizes the process.
