Community Banks - What More Can Be Done?

I'm positive for affirmative action, because doing nothing in the expectation that what it'll just improve is not really a very satisfactory outcome. I think having community banks with a great brand and open doors and nice features is great but they need to get down into the mechanics of these problems. We know that same-sex couples have 73% or 72% more likely to be declined for a mortgage than heterosexual couples. Actually, how we solve that is by going to the mechanics of credit modelling. And if you can make that work, wow. Well said.
