Drug Court - Vivian O'Malley's Attorney

Each time Vivian has to appear before Judge Gall, she's assigned someone new. She'll plead guilty to a couple of first-degree misdemeanors and be put on house arrest. A month from now, she'll be indicted for theft for using a friend's credit card. At another hearing, Judge Gall will tell Vivian she's out of control; he'll send her to jail. It would not have affected her status in drug court at all,. If she'd been in drug court, it's unlikely she would have spent even one day in the county jail much less 127 days.
