Anxiety is attached to this new relationship, but it really has these historical leanings from my adolescence. When you start doing that backwards looking like, why am I feeling so anxious? If you can soften the why and be like, "I wonder what's being triggered in me to be feeling this way?" It does help your body soften because anxiety is very physical as well as an emotional experience.
