How Old Are You When You Think About Starting Your Own Business?
I joined in 2004, and I left in 2013. When I sort of started thinking about leaving properly, it was probably around 2010. And I think mainly it's an escape more than anything else. So for me, it was kind of what's the natural progression from the police. Within a week of that phone call, I'd signed up on a university cast to just do that. That was sort of the step out of the place.
