Some students always in every workshop who are just brilliantly born to be editors, they get it. They know how to help one another. Some people are paralyzed after they do a first draft and they can't seem to revise or rethink it. But other people are able to see that the text is fluid. You could throw the whole thing out and rewrite the whole thing and make it better. So I find it really exciting. It's sort of like being an editor or a trainer or a coach.
