SQL V2O 1.4: A Transitional Release

All of the just about everything in SQL V2O internally is available in 1.4. We did the whole of the internals first and added all the stuff so that 1.4 could be a transitional release to 2-0. Is 2-0 going to drop some of the older APIs hard? Many. But at the same time, the reason that's maybe not as scary as you might think is that I've already taken out of the docs years ago. The things we're taking on 2-0 are things that have annoyed me for years.
