What Is Neutrality?
Bicquin: I think it's entirely an issue of framing. This attempt to kind of manufacture aa neutrality is, in itself, the most powerful mechanism for imposing value judgments on the work. And so if you get to decide what is neutral and is biased, then that's just another way of deciding what is acceptable ad what is not acceptable,. What is legitimate and what is not legitimate. But i would argue that, e what's the only thing that's neutral in this is bit coin. Biton is the only things that's a neutral protocol.
