A Video Laryngoscope and a Crossover Technique
If you take the camera out of that laryngoscope, you essentially have either a Mac 3 or a Mac 4. You're not changing anything. All you're doing is you're adding another dimension. So once we place that blade in the mouth, right, it's time to be very serious about getting that innovation as quickly as possible. Being aware of our O2 saturation or SPO2, having your partner be aware of those things, communicating that you've given that paralytic, doing those things.
