The Story of Henry VI of England

Henry V died in 1422, probably of a stomach bug, as he had taken again to leading his army in France. So the King of England's family, the three had lost one brother, but he had gained one son. The only thing Henry had to do to be recognized as King was to outlive his father-in-law, the Mad King. His uncle John, the Duke of Bedford, was named Regent for him in the lands they had conquered in France,. and his uncle Humphrey, Duke of Gloucester, Regent for them in England.
