The Importance of Waiver Processes
You need to make sure in that waiver process that the person actually appreciates what a waiver means and this is where the wheels fall off on almost every waiver. It's included within a document with a whole bunch of legal these and it's buried somewhere within there oh by the way you're signing away all your legal rights in the future if something bad happens. If they don't say oh yeah I read that and I get that then the value of the waiver is is negligible because they'll just say well I didn't readI didn't understand that I didn't you know so even though they've got your signature on there they'll deny that they were signing away.
