The International Sea Bed Authority and Deep Sea Mining

The international sea bed authority has granted 31 licenses for prospective miners to explore potential sites on the high seas. One of these sites is at a place called the lost city, an area which has been basically ear marked for world heritage status. It's this incredible, unique environment where huge carbonate mounds that look like towers rise up from the deep sea. Astro biologists believe it holds the clues to the origin of life on earth.
