The Commonwealth Is an Attractive Organization

My sense, in the last years, it's rather lost its way. Doesn't seem to have clear leadership or a clear like you. The commonwealth lays down certain values and if countries are shown to be in serious breach of those values, it can be expelled or not admitted. And hy do you think that is why it is romano ant to be a member of the commonwealth? It has an attractive power simply because it brings people together - across ethnicities, across religion, across the color line.
