So blanket blocking an individual is never the right move, you have to get a little bit deeper into the story. A small team of data scientists, but they are all really good at being able to unpack a project from start to finish. We have a really transparent culture at it's necessary when you're doing this kind of work. And we are always in touch with one another and ways to improve our ability to sense things that are going on in the world.
